He was predeceased by: his parents, George Parsons and Mary Parsons; and his wife Pearl. He is survived by: his brothers, Henry Parsons (Marie), Ronald Parsons (Margaret) and Hartley Parsons; his stepsister Cora Spencer (Freeman); his siblings-in-law, Vinnie Keeping (Ben), Ben Drake and Alex Drake; his children, Joyce Seaward (George) of Port, Basques, Melvin Parsons (Mary) of St. John and Dean Parsons (Nora); his grandchildren, Jill (Mark Tucker), Jamie (Nadine) and Jason (Renee); and his great grandchildren, Colton, Dawson, Erin and Alex. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
