Frances Kettle Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Kettle (Channel-Port-aux-Basques, Newfoundland), who passed away on March 7, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmanuel Lomond and Melinda Lomond; her husband George Gordon Kettle; her grandson Glenn Gordon Pittman; her parents-in-law, George William and Agnes Kettle; her siblings, Hilda, Eve Kettle, Ted and Clayton Lomond; and her siblings-in-law, Wilson, Stan, Nathan, John, Charlie Kettle, Christine Lomond, Sheila Lomond, Gladys Kettle, Olive Kettle, Evangeline Marshall and Alice Bemister.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Bonnie Ilmer (Wolf) of Grand Prairie, AB, Wayne Kettle (Florence) of Corner Brook, NL and Alice Pittman (Charlie) of Grand Falls; her siblings, Rachel Hollett of Mahone Bay, NS and Doug Lomond; her sisters-in-law, Viola Roberts and Julie Kempton; and her nephew Roland Kettle (Evelyn) of Port. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends.
