She was predeceased by: her parent John James; her husband Victor Peters; her significant other Lloyd Tucker; her parent-in-law Benjamin; her siblings, Robert James, Edgar James (Gerine), Gordon James and Hazel Skinner (Henry); her nephews, Keith Skinner and Gary Skinner; and her niece Darlene Pink.
She is survived by: her parent Emily Ingram; her brother Ivan James (Shirley) of Port; her sisters-in-law, Helene James of Antigonish, NS and Pearl James of Port; her niece Paulette McNeil (Wayne) of Port; and also Charles L. LeGrow Health. She is also survived by nieces, nephews as well as a large circle of friends.
Flowers are graciously accepted or donations in Deborah's memory can be made to the Dr. Charles L. LeGrow Long Term Care Facility.
