He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlies Francis and Jessie Francis; his parents-in-law, Benjamin and Irene Baker; and his siblings, Raymond Francis (Carol) and Brenda Huffman.
He is survived by: his wife Christine; his son Curtis Francis (Kelly) of Port; his stepson Scott Baker of Testin; his grandson Liam; his sisters, Lorraine Brodhagen (Bruce) of Stratford, ON and Edna Read (Eric) of Port; and his siblings-in-law, Ruth Lawrence (Kenny) of Isle, Emmanuel Baker (Kathleen) of Port, Basques and Ron Huffman of Aylmer, ON. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
