With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barry Moores (Channel-Port-aux-Basques, Newfoundland), who passed away on September 3, 2021 at the age of 64. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Jason and Jennifer (Paul); his grandchildren, Klaire, Brooklyn, Keisha, McKayla, Dawson and Emma; his mother Pauline Moores; his siblings, Danny (ShirleyAnn) and Brenda; his siblings-in-law, Graham (Cindy), Gary (Lorna), Gail and Jim; his wife Gwendolyn; his father Albert Moores; and his sister Lorraine Abrahams. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
A Memorial service, by invitation only will be held on Wednesday, September 8th at 3:00 PM, at the Royal Canadian Legion, maintaing Covid restrictions of Social Distancing and Masks; followed by the interment at the Salvation Army Cemetery, officiated by Major Byron Kean.
