He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo and Mabel; his brothers, Raymond, Arthur and Terry; and his brother-in-law Morley Peckford.

He is survived by: his siblings, Bond (Kay), Margaret, Eric (Dorothy), Rose (Neil Heath), Susanne (Dale Haynes) and Theresa (Frank Neil); and his sisters-in-law, Audrey Hurley, Ruby Hurley and Alma Hurley.
