She was predeceased by: her father Archie; her siblings, Verna (Mom Helena) and Ewen; her husband Alex; and her sister Ella.
She is survived by: her children, Brian (Kay) of Burlington, Melvin (Tammy) of St. John's and Betty (Colin) of Noggin Cove; her close friends, Mark (Julia), Michaela (Darrell), Ryan, Ben, Brandon (Kaitlyn) and Chelsea (Greg); her siblings, Billy (Sadie), Carl (Verna) and Betty (Harvey); and her siblings-in-law, Gordon, Shirley, Sylvia, Ella and Margaret (Brian). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as a huge circle of friends.
As expressions of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted, but if you can find it in your heart, Mom would love for you to donate to the Janeway Children's Hospital or the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Foundation in her memory.
