He was predeceased by: his son Walter; his parents, Edward and Emma; and his siblings, Gussie, William, Henry, Bernadette, Madeline, Martha, Winnie and Margaret.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his daughter Marjorie Pottle; his grandchildren, Robin, Dylan and Jaden; his brother Neddie (Pauline); and his siblings-in-law, Charlene Whalen (Brian), Yvonne Breeze, Conception Bay South and Larry McNeil (Libbie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
