He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Nicole (Blair), Kristine (Dixon), Rebecca (Jason), Erin, Johnny (Angie), Sarah, Curtis (Kim), Christopher (Janice) and Shannon (Trevor); and his siblings, Joan and Gordon.
