He is survived by: his wife Elsie; his children, Bram (Elaine), Eula (Walter), Harvey Jr. (Bev) and Wanda (Trevor); his grandchildren, Jeffrey (Susan), Colin (Christine), Michael (Eryn), Tracey (Alex), Christopher (Shelda), Lori (Paul), Kylie (Conrad), Nicole (Scott) and Brandon (Kaitlin); his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Samantha, Rebecca-Lynn, Henry, Anna, Brianna, Rachel, Avery, Andon, Alex, Brooklyn and Rylee; his siblings, Cecil (Eleanor), Wyvonne (Ted) and Dorothy (Art); his stepsiblings, Judy (Ken), John (Hannah) and Lloyd (Dale); his sisters-in-law, Isabelle and Abbey; his daughter-in-law Cynthia Piercey; his brothers, Tom and Jim (Elsie); his brothers-in-law, Herb and Bill; and his parents-in-law, William and Mary Strickland.
A reception was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Slade's Funeral Home (45 L. T. Stick Dr, Bay Roberts, NL A0A). A prayer was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 8:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, as expressions of sympathy, donations may be made in his loving memory to the Salvation Army, Bay Roberts Corps.
