It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold Reuben Slade in Carbonear, Newfoundland, who passed away on July 24, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Slade and Elexey Slade; and his siblings, Barry, Sterling, William, Florence, Harriet (Doug) and Phyllis.
He is survived by: his wife Laura; his sons, Ivan (Denice), Paul and Brad (Kim); his grandchildren, Jillian (Matt), Megan (Jonathan), Joshua, Matthew (Emily) and Kylie; his great grandchild Lauren Joslyn King; his siblings, Ralph, Matt (Dorothy), Walter (Wanda), John (Stephanie) and Doreen Noel (Scott); and his siblings-in-law, Fred'Junior'Trickett, Bertha Slade and Carolann Slade. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
