Freeman Brooks Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Brooks and Marie Brooks; his in-laws, Harold and Madonna Kearley; his brother Wayne; his grandson Daniel; his sisters-in-law, Theresa Brooks and Maryann Sambell; his niece Ann Marie Cleary; and his nephew Wayne Brooks Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Melinda; his children, Cathy (Mike), Rudy, Wendy (Jon), Ross (Sheri), Ron (Jolene), Vera, Adam (Amanda) and Kassandra; his siblings, Bob (Rose), Art, Gerard, Hubert, Sandra (Jim) and Florence (Pat); and his family, Sam Kearley (Glenda) and Susan Quilty (Leo). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, his aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Coombs Funeral Home (267 Beach High Rd, Placentia, NL A0B2Y0). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Coombs Memorial Chapel.
