Ellen Jane McCarthy Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellen Jane McCarthy (Carbonear, Newfoundland), who passed away on January 9, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Olive and Llewellyn; her brother-in-law Roland; and her grandson Ryan To. She is survived by: her husband Leo; her children, Natosha (Scott) and Jeremy (Marisa); her stepchildren, Paul (Tanya), Steve (Tanya), Bonnie (Anthony), Christine and Marie (Bud); her grandchildren, Madilyn, Eden, Juliette, Anthony, Amy, Aaron and Emily; her siblings, Mabel, Rhoda (Tony) and Dwayne (Valda); and her goddaughter Kerry-Lee. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, as expressions of sympathy, donations may be made in her loving memory to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
