She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Mercer and Mary Mercer; her siblings, Pearl, Mary (Mame) and Vaughn; and her son Donald.

She is survived by: her husband Wesley; her daughters, Renee Porter (Richard) and Kimberly Spencer; her daughter-in-law Jackie Spencer; her grandchildren, Emily Porter, Stephanie Spencer (Jeff Cook), Kaitlyn Porter and Ben Porter (Kelsey Chisholm); her great grandchild Weston Spencer; her sisters-in-law, Hope Mercer, Ida Decker (Guy) and Florence Spencer; and her close friend Emily Dyckson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
