He was predeceased by: his son Rohan; his mother Pauline; and his brother Derek. He is survived by: his wife Katherine; his children, Cassandra and Liam; his father James; his brother Kevin; his parents-in-law, Clar and Catherine Cantwell; his brother-in-law Clarence Cantwell; and his child Christian. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members and friends.
