He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Foster and Selena Foster (Newbury); his stepmother Linda Mills of Burlington, NL.; his siblings, Augustus Foster [Gertie], Mary Eveleigh, Roy, Henry Foster, Meleta, Eileen, Robert Foster [Audrey] and Malcom Foster [Vera]; and his sons-in-law, Randolph Pardy and Earle Kelley.

He is survived by: his brother Claude Foster [Alma] of Baie Verte; his wife Emma Mills of Burlington; and his children, Golda [George Goodzeck] of Manning, AB, Audrey Pardy of Mings Bight, NL, Sandra Kelley of Upper Gullies, NL, Lloyd Foster [Diane] of Burlington, NL, Christine, Wallace Noble, Daphne [Wayne Robinson] of Middle Arm, NL, Lindsey Foster [Kimberley] of Springdale, NL and Danny Foster [Felica] of Burlington, NL.. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchild.
