He is survived by: his children, Janet Sacrey (Roy), Morris Foster (Gail), Brenda Budgell, Guy Foster, Rodger Foster and Bernice Osmond (Ariel); his grandchildren, Cathy Norman (Carlson), Lori-Ann Sacrey (Kerry), Dwight Sacrey (Crystal), Trina Noble (Shawn), Jesse Foster (Diana), Christine Peck (Jeff), Kelsea Lane (Bradley), Jackie Toms (Chris), Louise Budgell, Candis Budgell (Noah Wimbleton), Tayjah Samson (Tyson), Richard Foster, Trent Foster (Sheena Layden), Nena Foster (Robbie Stuart), Amanda Osmond (Maurice Mitchell) and Brian Osmond (Stacy Noble); and his brothers, Raymond Foster (Emma) and Claude Foster (Alma).
