He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Kelly and Blanche Kelly; his brothers, Chesley and Malcome; his parents-in-law, George and Myrtle Banks; and his brothers-in-law, Clyde Banks and Clarence Eveleigh.
He is survived by: his son Scotty (Vanessa); his wife Doreen; his niece Brooklyn; his siblings, Ralph (Bertha), Larry (Pauline), Guy (Maxine), Morris (Jo-Ann), Edna (Keith), Verna (Jamie), Paul (Cheryl), Dean (Natasha) and Tony (Amy); and his siblings-in-law, Louise, Mona Wells (Dan), Shirley Eveleigh, Francis Banks (Dulcie), Howard Banks (Rose), Bert Banks (Mona), Wayne Banks (Sandra) and Rowena Hamlyn (Lloyd). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
