She was predeceased by: her former husband Elmore Mills; her husband Allan Kelley; her stepsons, Peter Kelley and David Kelley; her parents, Sidney Young and Florence Young; her siblings, Evelyn Bowers (Allan), Thelma Keough (William), Retta May Elliott (Kenneth), Marion Young, Roger Young (Velma) and Francis Young; and her sister-in-law Phyllis Young.
She is survived by: her sons, Shane Mills (Julia Howell) and Sheldon Mills (Sonya); her grandchildren, Brady Mills, Taya Mills, Shauna Mills and Leslie-Ann Mills; her stepchildren, Larry Kelley, Jimmy Kelley and Sally Kelley; her brothers, Willis Young (Audrey) and Stewart Young (Bernice); her caregivers, Janette Budgell, Deanna Robinson and Valerie Mills; and also Vangie Whelan.
