He was predeceased by: his parents, Whilimenia Locker and Thomas Locker; his brother Ernest Lockyer; his brother-in-law Ray Hodder; and his grandchildren, Travis Vardy and Renee Thornhill.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen Rose; his children, Herman (Mary), Ernest (Sheila), Edna Lee (Mike), Marie Vardy (Ellison), Wanda Thornhill, Maxine Brushett (Dean) and Lisa Hodder (Greg); and his sisters, Verina Hodder and Georgina Butt (Ford).
In keeping with covid 19 regulations there will be a walk thru visitation on Monday, August 24, 2020 2-4pm, 7-9pm, Tuesday, August 25, 2020, 7-9pm (with a maximum of 20 people in funeral home).
