William Duffney Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Duffney of Burin, Newfoundland, who passed away on October 29, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Evangeline; his parents, George Duffney and Rose Duffney; his sisters, Jean Duffney and Mary Lundrigan; his niece Karen Poulain; his siblings-in-law, Vince Lundrigan, Lester Hickman and Theresa Poulain; and his parents-in-law, Peter and Pearl Poulain.

He is survived by: his children, Freeman, Rosemary (Scott Kavanagh) and Kimm; his grandchildren, Blake, Jeremy Colbran, Klaire and Kassandra; his brother George (Theresa) of Kippens; and his siblings-in-law, Emily Frizzell (Jim), Geraldine Hickman, Mary Poulain (Lorne), Florence Harding (Tim), James Poulain (Juanita), Gus Poulain (Kathleen Mullett), Clarence Poulain, Gerard Poulain (Bernice), Peter Poulain (Marcella) and Joey Poulain (Susan).

Due to Covid 19 only a walk thru visitation is allowed.
