With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Pittman in Burin, Newfoundland. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Brushett and Adele Brushett; her brother William Brushett; and her parents-in-law, William and Theresa Pittman.
She is survived by: her husband George; her grandchildren, Jared Pittman, Kiera Pittman, Kyran van Wageningen and Declan van Wageningen; and her siblings, Nancy Lundrigan, Mary Matthews (Kevin), Boyd Brushett (Evelyn) and Eric Brushett (Rhoda).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Burin Peninsula Health Care Foundation to the Chemo unit in memory of Shirley.
