He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Inkpen and Frank Inkpen; and his siblings, Gerald Inkpen and Joan Leaman. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Debra Roberts (Russell), Sherry Greatorex (Kevin), Dennis Inkpen (Martha), Albert Inkpen (Lisa) and Roger Inkpen (Karen); and his brother Freeman Inkpen (Jean).
