He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his children, Jodi Ford (Jason) of Courtice, ON, Darryl Cjowski of Courtice, ON, Blake Gaudet (Ying) of Fort McMurray, AB and Leah Tiessen (John) of Courtice, ON; his grandchildren, Zackery, Nathan, Hailey, Teagan, Hunter and Adelaie; his brothers, Jim Collins (Joan) of Oshawa, ON and Lorne Collins (Nancy) of Orillia, ON; and his sister-in-law Pamela Collins of Toronto, ON.
