It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip John Caines of Burin, Newfoundland, who passed away on August 31, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Archibald and Hazel; and his parents-in-law, Onslow and Martha. He is survived by: his wife Eileen; his daughters, Marsha (Kenton) and Paula (Jason); his grandchildren, Noah, Abby and Dylan; his siblings, Warren (Kate), Cyril (Sherry), Morley (Joan), Hugh (Carolyn), Wendy (Leo) and Sandra (Sam); and his sister-in-law Linda.

No flowers by request. Donations in his memory may to be made to the family who will donate to a charity of their choice.
