He was predeceased by: his parents, Isabel and John; his son Eugene; his siblings, George, Jack, Irene and Sue; his parents-in-law, William J. and Mary E. Power; and his siblings-in-law, Wayne Taylor Sr., Raymond Picco, James Keating, Todd Stapleton, Thomas Power, Benedict Power and Joan Power.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah; his children, Terry (Kimberley) of Wolfville, NS, Sandy (Sandra) of Winterland, John (Colleen) of Grand Prairie, AB, Michelle (Todd) of Heart's Delight and Laura (Rod) of Lewin's Cove; his grandchildren, Gerard (Terrilynn), Erin (Andy), Gregory (Kayla), Wayne (Samantha), Gena Marie (Tyler), Stella, Rowynn and Hayley; his great grandchildren, Tanner, Parker, Zachary, Tegan and Nate; his siblings, Gordon, Bill, Fran, Kathleen, Lillian, Jessie, Shirley and Mary (Les); his siblings-in-law, Eugene Power (Francis), George Power, Charlie Power (Sandra), Violet Brenton (Joseph), Theresa Daley (Charlie) and Margaret Moulton (William); and also Cynthia of Burin.
In Owen's memory donations may be made to the Dialysis Unit at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre.
