She was predeceased by: her daughter-in-law Donna; and her husband Ted. She is survived by: her children, Karl (Irene) of St. John's, Edward Bennett of Burin, Cliff (Melissa) of Alberta and Lee Bennett of Ottawa; her grandchildren, Kristan (Ted), Kelly (Matthew), Kelsey (Kyan), Brandon (Kelsey), Owen and Bianca; her great grandchildren, Katherine and Jasper; and her sister Norah Murdock (John) of Nova Scotia.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Serenity Funeral Home - Burin (95 Main St, Burin Bay Arm, NL A0E 1G0). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM and at 2:00 PM.
