He was predeceased by: his wife Ada; his son Donald; his parents, Levi Moulton and Leah Moulton; and his siblings, Edgar and Eliza.

He is survived by: his daughter Joan Luther (Glenn); his grandchildren, Mark (Kimberley), Thomas (Ann) and Andrew (Bridget); his great grandchildren, Luke and Lane; his siblings, Randell, Thomas (Verna), Jerry (Frances), Wallace, Joan Banfield, Doreen Bolt (Keith) and Wanda May (Victor); and his daughter-in-law Mary.
