He was predeceased by: his parents, John Foote and Rita Foote. He is survived by: his wife Helen; his daughters, Sarah Picco (Ronnie) of Parker's Cove and Sue Ella Foote (Jamie Maloney) of Bonavista; his grandchildren, William Picco, Amanda Maloney and Andrew Picco; and his brother Gerard Foote of Parker's Cove.
