George Beck Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Beck (Burin, Newfoundland), who passed away on June 25, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine (Kay); his son Eric; his parents, Chesley Beck and Eliza Beck; and his parents-in-law, Alfred and Charlotte Turpin.
He is survived by: his children, George (Lisa), Wayne, Diane Beck-Loewe (Peter) of Burnaby, BC, Ronald of French River, ON, James (Carrie) of Brampton, ON and Glenn; and his siblings, Eric (Diana), Earl (Stella), Owen, Sam (Christine), Arnold (Christine), Addie Hatcher and Viola Beck-Heisler. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren & 6 great-grandchildren.
The family will be accepting visitors at St. Matthews Anglican Church on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 with times and COVID regulations updated closer to this date, followed by a funeral service at St. Matthews Anglican Church on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at 11:00am.
