Eileen Harnett Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 8, 2024, Eileen Harnett (Burin, Newfoundland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Harnett; her parents, Loretta Lambe and Anthony Lambe; and her brother Clem Walsh. She is survived by: her children, Tracey Harnett (Adrian Edwards) of Lord's Cove and Danny Harnett (Nadine) of St. John's; her grandchildren, Caitlyn, Ava and Natalie; and her sister-in-law Kay Walsh of Fox Trap.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Elizabeth's Roman Catholic Church. A vigil service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The inurnment was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the St. Elizabeth's R. C. Cemetery.
In Eileen's memory in-lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Elizabeth's R.C. Cemetery Fund.
