He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Whyte and Elizabeth Whyte. He is survived by: his wife Madonna; his children, Gary Whyte of Marystown, Michelle Whyte of Sunnyside, Jean Ann Denty (Paul) of Edmonton and Nicole Whyte (Jeffrey Wells) of Placentia; his grandchildren, Hayley Hickey, Hilary Hickey, Madison Whyte, Mackenzie Denty, James Hefferan, Nathan Denty, Logan Foote, Ella Hefferan, Peyton Whyte and Emma Whyte; and his siblings, Margaret Jones (Peter), Ellen Murphy, Angela Jones (Anthony) of Paradise, Annie May O'Neill (Barry) of Paradise, Nora Emberley of Southern Harbour, Sylvester Whyte Jr., Bernard Whyte, Tom Whyte (Debbie) and Jim Whyte (Catherine).
Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions this will be a walk through visitation.
