He is survived by: his wife Diane; his daughter Tracey Butler (Shaun); his siblings, Winifred Smith of Marystown, Grace Lockyer (Earl) of Boat Harbour, Brenda Dicks (Bill) of Baine Harbour and Clifford Smith (Noreen) of Marystown; his mother-in-law Ida Clarke; his siblings-in-law, Violet Smith, Catherine Smith, Daphne Rogers, Audrey Banfield (Kevin), Lucy Jane Clarke (Larry), Nellie Pittiman (Kevin), Bill Dean and Cecil Clarke (Darlene); his friends, Hester, Clayton Burton and Sam; and his caregiver Denise Hawco.
