He is survived by: his wife Christine Broomfield; his children, Andy Broomfield (Andrea) and Amanda Broomfield (Warren); his siblings, George Loughin (Laura), Jean Clarke (John) and Ann Newport (Lorne); his brothers-in-law, Morley Kenway (Nancy), Albert Kenway (Sherry) and Ches Kenway (Debbie); and his grandchildren, Kennedy Broomfield, Cruz Broomfield and Andi Rae Belliveau.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Grace United Church Cemetery Fund, a cause close to Bill's heart.
