He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hickey and Margaret Ellen Hickey; his siblings, Pat, Sarah Anne Fizzard and Mary Barger; his brother-in-law John Fizzard; his nephews, Joseph Fizzard, Jerry Rueff, Jim Barger and Graham Hickey; his niece Cindy Hickey; and his great-nephew Philip Fizzard.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca; his children, Tim (Valerie), Will (Carolann) and Clara (Stephen); his siblings, Gladys Rueff (Bob) and Jerry (Liz); and his grandchildren, Timothy, Samantha, Meghan and Carter. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Due to the current Public Health Advisory of COVID-19 a funeral mass and burial to take place at a later date Funeral arrangements entrusted to the care of Wiseman's Funeral Homes – Marystown.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Augustine's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society.
