She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Butler (Clyde) and Levi Clarke; her grandmother Annie Paddle; her mother-in-law Ivy Lockyer (Frank); and her siblings-in-law, Joan Lockyer, Joy Smith and Edgar Barrett (Elsie).
She is survived by: her husband Robert; her children, Tracy Beazley (Gregory) of Red Harbour, Derek Barrett (Shannon) and Marsha Barrett of Creston South; her grandchildren, Margaret Beazley, Lily Barrett and Hunter Beazley; her pet Lucy; her siblings, Terry Power (Carloann), Levi Clarke (Maria), Charles Butler, Ed Butler (Doreen), Barry Butler (Helen), Alice Butler, Diane Lockyer (John), Susie Farewell (Tom) and Loretta Mackenzie (Ed); her siblings-in-law, Elsie Lockyer, Marina Lockyer, Percy Barrett (Eileen), Gordon Lockyer, Raymond Lockyer (Diane), Eric Lockyer (Vivian) and Melvin Lockyer (Rita); and her close friends, Betty Senior, Elizabeth Haas and Jean Buter.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Peninsula Funeral Home (4 Markland Rd, Creston, NL A0E1K0). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Calvary Pentecostal Cemetery (814 Ville Marie Dr, Marystown, NL A0E1L0). A burial was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Wesley United Church Cemetery.
