She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Churchill and Florence Churchill; her brothers, Roy (Mary) and Arnie Churchill (Diane); and her son-in-law Johnny Cole.
She is survived by: her husband William P. O; her children, Cheryl Cole and Grant O (Leary); her grandchildren, Robert, Joseph (Christopher Baldwin), Tyler (Jennifer O) and Leary; her great grandchildren, Cheyenne, Adrian, Isabelle, Elizabeth Baldwin and Ivy Pearl Gunther; and her sister Lavada King (Dave). She is also survived by many Nieces, Nephews, relatives and friends.
