He was predeceased by: his parents, William Charles Piercey and Drusilla Moore; and his brother Winston Churchill Piercey. He is survived by: his wife Gladys Grace Harvey; his children, Neil Winston Piercey (Crystal), Rennie Lionel Strong (Lisa), Rayna Lynette Gillis (James) and Tammy Marilyn Strong-Saad (Paul); his grandchildren, Michael James Gillis, Jared Neil Gillis, Cynthia Genevieve Tobin, Tyler Rennie Kelly and Alexander Ethan Strong-Saad; his children, Carlos and Fredy; and his siblings, Lloyd Archibald Piercey (Jessie), Graham Piercey (Carol), Florence Martha Slaney (Joe) and Shirley May Roberts (Frank).
