Jean Myrtle Rideout Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Myrtle Rideout of Brigus, Newfoundland, who passed away on April 18, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Simon and Adelaide; and her brother Simon Stanford Spracklin. She is survived by: her husband Scott Sr.; her son Scott Jr. (Christine); her grandchildren, Kayley and Cameron; her siblings, Lorraine (late Malcolm Clarke), Bruce (Pam), Don and Chris (Linda); and her siblings-in-law, Ivy (Charlie Samms), Norma (Melvin Jennings), Myra (late Edwin Parsons), Judy Rideout, Norman (Jean) and Paul (Barbara). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
Visitation to take place on Friday, April 23, 2021 from 12 P. M.- 2:00 P. M. Funeral to take place from Broughton's Memorial Chapel on Friday, April 23, 2021 at 2:00 P. M. Covid-19 restrictions apply, Funeral service is by invitation only.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
