She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Mercer and Ethel Mercer of Botwood; her husband Roger Dean; her son Barry; and her son-in-law Hayward Cross.

She is survived by: her children, Jerry (Beverley), Bradley (Sandra), Jamie (Krista) and Debbie Cross; her siblings, Kathleen, Hazel, Marg, Eric, Albert, Fred and Terry; her grandchildren, Danielle (Graham), Jessica (Chris), Matthew, Emily, Leah and Maiya; and her great grandchildren, Jaxson and Janaya. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Due to the Covid 19 the viewing, service and burial will be private.

Donations in her memory can be made to the Trinity United Church or the Alzheimer's Society.
