He was predeceased by: his significant other Joanne; his parents, Maxwell Collins and Evelyn Collins; and his brother Dennis. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Shephard, Tony Collins, Corrina Blake (Dorman), Daisy Curry (Glenn), Lisa Collins, Samatha Collins (Jesse) and Charmaine Collins (Damon); his parents-in-law, Otto and Vera Blake; his siblings, Gloria (Jim), Rose (Brian), Clarence (Pansy), Cliff (Anne), Ken (Trixie), Max (Linda), Derm (Echo), Mert (Myrtle), Melvin (Pauline), Joe (Geraldine), Harold (Cynthia) and Nelson (Jean); his grandchildren, Jessica, Anna, Felisha, Norman, Ryan, Teagan, Sarah-Lynn, Rylee, Lavghlin, Hagan and Ryley; his brother-in-law Brian Bond; and also, Clarence Collins, Joe Collins, Michael Hennessey, Jerry Collins and Nelson Collins. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and lots of nephews and nieces.
