He was predeceased by: his wife Celia; his parents, Daniel Cooper and Christine Cooper; and his siblings, Wilson, Vina, Nellie and Pricilla.

He is survived by: his children, Rosemary White (Bill), Calvin (Juanita), Edward (Kay), Stephen (Patricia), Steadman, Margaret Stuckless (Curtis) and Graham (Sharon); and his siblings, June, Eugene and Carrie. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild.

Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, there will be no pubic visitation or funeral services.
