He was predeceased by: his grandmother Pope. He is survived by: his parents, Eli Hibbs and Mable Hibbs; and his siblings, Eli Jr. (Elliemae), Froni (Harley), Pauline Chaytor (John), Derrick Hibbs (Monica), Raymond Hibbs (Anne), Josephine Bruneau, Serena Blake (Sidney), Joanne Delara (Gerry), Mike Hibbs (Paula), Leonard, Hector Brenton, Yvvone Burt, Will Brenton, Joy and Frank Elliott. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In keeping with the current COVID-19 restrictions, there will be no public visitation or funeral service.
