He was predeceased by: his parents, Isabelle Collins and Patrick Collins; his siblings, George Collins, Vince Collins, David Collins, Bertha, Mary and Jean; and his great grandchild Sara Mouland.

He is survived by: his sisters, Barbara Sheppard, Annabelle Bouzane, Sheila Hiscock, Katherine Basha and Norma Hutchens (Don); his children, Christopher Collins (Dallas), Judith Mouland and Kimberley Collins; and his grandchildren, Michael Mouland, Matthew Mouland, Patrick Collins, Joshua Collins, Michelle Mouland, Krista Collins and Patricia Collins.
