She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gerald Carter and Edwina Carter; her siblings, Hughlet, Linda, Louise and Beulah; her husband William; her sons, Bob Hedges (Trudy Ball) and Craig Hedges; her granddaughters, Sarah, Samantha Hedges and Kim Healey; her sisters, Mary Edison, Judy Carter, Glenda Hong (Jerry) and Gail Mercer (Junior); and her son Bill (Joan). She was also cherished by other relatives and friends.

Following Covid-19 restrictions visitation will be held on Sunday 6-9.

Donations in her memory can be made to the SPCA, Grand Falls-Windsor.
