It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hubert Ronald Slade (Botwood, Newfoundland), who passed away on January 6, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Slade and Vera Slade; his brother Murdock; his siblings-in-law, Bernice Slade, Alfred Snow and Tuula Slade; and his mother-in-law Hazel Bursey.
He is survived by: his wife Ada; and his children, Glen Leyte, Karen and Bradley Sheppard. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
Donations in his memory can be made to the Dr. Hugh Twomey Health Care Centre, Botwood.
