She was predeceased by: her husband Kitchener Smith; her parents, Clara Fudge and Thomas Fudge; and her siblings, Edward, Tommy (Shirley), Betty Biddiscombe, Norma Woodside (Woody), Shirley Hemeon (Scott) and Phyllis Yates.

She is survived by: her children, Darrell (Madonna) and Jennifer Howarth (Peter); her grandchildren, Melissa (Lucas), Jason (Alliey), Brandon, Amanda (Adam), Breanne and Joshua; her great grandchildren, Aria and Aiden (Melissa); her sisters, Ivy Higdon (Roger) and Vivian Anstey (Cal); her siblings-in-law, Madeline Fudge, Barb Bishop (Dick), Joyce Noseworthy (Bud), Valda Smith (Bill), Mitch Biddiscombe, Beaton Yates, Wayne Smith (Denise), Gary Smith (Linda) and Randy Smith (Lisa); her son Cory Smith (Jocelyn); and her nephews, Byron Noseworthy, Bob King, Adam Spracklin and Kyle Vanderstelt.
