It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Freeman Calvin Tarrant (Botwood, Newfoundland), who passed away on October 31, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Tarrant and Gertrude Tarrant; his siblings, Permanus, Randolph, Mildred Hancock, Goldie Barnes and Jessie Gibson; and his brother-in-law David Blake.

He is survived by: his wife Judy Young; his daughter Heidi Young; his granddaughter Amythest Rodgers; his siblings, Clayton (Juanita), Florence Walsh (Vincent), Peggy Tarrant, Ina Blake, Maxine Luff (Derrick) and Eileen Stuckless (Don); his sister-in-law Stella Reid; and his niece Lynn Dawson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
