It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward J. Sheppard of Botwood, Newfoundland, born in Twillingate, Newfoundland, who passed away on October 26, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sheppard and Alma Sheppard (Nee Kinden); and his brother Eric Eldon. He is survived by: his significant other Jean (Nee Lidstone); his sons, Derek (Elaine) and Brad Bursey (Dave); his grandchildren, Kristi (Ryan), Justus, Ethan, Aaron and Emily; his siblings, Bert (Joan), Nelson (Alma), Grace Payne (Andrew), Paul (Wilma) and Eli (Agnes); and his uncle Otto Sheppard (Grace). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins and a large circle of other relatives and friends.
