She was predeceased by: her parents, Hilda Sibley and William Sibley; and her siblings, Harold, Thomas Sibley, Mildred Heath and Lettie Hemenon.

She is survived by: her husband John Nichol; her children, Michele Nichol-Sawh (Oswald) and Darren Nichol (Paula); her siblings, Grace Barnes (Harry), Dave Sibley, Lew Sibley (Beth) and Bob Sibley (Jacquline); her grandchildren, Cody Nichol and Dharmendra Nichol-Sawh; and her siblings-in-law, Marie Tait, Ina Saksajug (Halga), Phyllis Butt (Tom), Geraldine Charlotte (Tom), David Nichol (Amelia), Raymond Nichol (Maureen), Junior Nichol (Lorraine), Clifford Nichol (Carol), Ford Nichol (Trish), Maxwell Nichol (Carol) and Dismond Nichol (Sue).
